How do you build control and precision using only the Pen Tool?
Creating smooth, detailed digital portraits can be challenging especially when restricted to a single tool like the Pen Tool in Adobe Illustrator. The goal of this self-initiated project was to practice vector drawing precision, anchor point control, and layer management by illustrating a portrait without using auto-trace or raster tools. The challenge was to maintain likeness, balance flat fills with depth, and achieve a clean finish using only shapes and curves.
